I guess, I’d give this tumblr thing one more go. I got bored of it. updating my life to people who don’t really read it or give comments..

I think it’s because my content is boring. I have nothing really to write about. So who ever reads this… suggest stuff for me to write about?

Anyway onto the reason for this post. I start my Japanese Language school this coming Friday. I’ve been waiting for so long to start…and Finally I will get to.

I will take pictures of my first day, my thoughts my feelings… Or I could make a video.. OR I’ll be lazy again and not do anything.

The choice is all mine. The question on my mind is… can I really learn another Language? Is it going to be too hard?

Its been raining off and on again in Tochigi…. I’ve been sick for the last week….ummm I’ve bought new One Piece Themed clothes…..

hmmm what else have I done….. oh I watched this anime called Rainbow.. gay name, but pretty cool series.

anyway… I’ll eventually post pics of what I bought.

This is an anime based off the Manga written by Stan Lee and illustrated by Tamon Ohta. Stan Lee created the storyline with this in mind; a Hero for the 21st Century.

It is set in the U.S.A and revolves around a orphaned boy named Joey Jones. All of Stan Lee’s Characters have the same letter at the start of their first name for their surname. Peter Parker, Joey Jones etc. etc.

Joey is a 15 year old boy who has a timid and shy personality. He tries not cross anyone and stays out of everyone’s way. He has no other concern in his life but to make money in order to support his  grandmother (who does nothing but listens to old records with the headphones in).

Joey goes to school and has a part-time job. The school Joey Jones goes to is a stereotypical school. You know, Jocks, Cheerleaders (they are popular and rich) and the normal kids.

Here is a list of the other important characters;
Lina - A Cheerleader who has a crush on Joey.
Will - Lina’s brother, who looks like a line backer for American Football?
Psy - a kid who has a screwed up knee but works at a skate shop and rides a scooter Professor Denton - He into contacting UFOs and the like

Nick - a fat little rich kid who buys shit.

Heroman - The Awesome, patriotic icon for America. If the U.S.A built a fighting robot with magic powers and shit, Heroman’s decal would be exactly what they want to scream WE ARE AMERICA DAMN IT!!!!!

The story seems generic for the first minute and a half, until something I didn’t expect happen…The cheerleader likes the quiet kid and tries to ask Joey out…. I don’t really watch any American teen drama or anything like that, and I don’t know if that is common.. but usually it’s the quiet guy, who is secretly in love with the most popular girl in school.

[NOTE: I’m only assuming that the cheerleader is popular, it doesn’t actually indicate that she had massive fandom]

Will sees that Joey is too close to his popular sister and tell him to back away. Joey didn’t want any of the confrontation so he tried to get out of it as best he could. How did this altercation start you may wonder? It deffinately wasn’t started by Joey. It was started by his own sister, who asked Joey out on the weekend. Anyway….

I’m trying to do this review without spoilers… it’s a bit hard (that’s what she said) to do.

The poor kid (Joey) gets a broken robot out of the bin and fixes it. The aliens have been contacted and are planning to invade Earth. They enter our atmosphere and sent out electrostatic lightning bolts, that miraculously hit the fixed robot (who Joey named heroman). The robot, and the controller that Joey held transformed (highly unlikely to happen, but still entertaining to watch). He is now able to control the massive robot.

He struggles to determine what should he do with his new found strength. The story continues with the things happening and things getting destroyed. The battle animation is pretty cool and the music is ok.

I enjoyed watching the first 10 episodes (there are 26 in total). It’s not a masterpiece but it’s good enough keep me interested in completing the series.

Terrible review I know… They are only going to get worse

I’m thinking about maybe, sort of, probably wont, but could happen, review about Heroman.

Is where I am going today. 
A place where you can race boats, shop til you drop, play some bowling… its a mega fun center…located…..2hrs away from where I live…. The things I do to have friends….. LOL
